Chodle stores the minimum needed to run the game.

What we store

• Your Discord user ID and display name.
• Your Discord server (guild) ID and, if enabled, a channel ID for the daily word.
• Gameplay data: your guesses, scores, streaks, and points.
• Ledger entries you create with /owe (amounts, notes, and the users involved).

AI features (/ask)

When you use the /ask command, your question is sent to third-party AI and web-search providers (Cloudflare Workers AI, Tavily, and/or Groq) to generate an answer. Don't include personal or sensitive information in /ask questions.

What we don't do

Aside from the AI providers noted above, we don't read your messages beyond the slash-command inputs you send the bot, we don't show ads, and we never sell your data.

Data deletion

Removing the bot from a server stops all new data collection. To have existing data for your server deleted, email admin@psiegel.org.
